Humanizing the Humanitarian Crisis in the Middle East
Countless fingers of blame have been pointed since the Oct. 7 attack by Hamas in Israel and Israel’s military response in Gaza. However, assigning culpability to one side or the other will not bring peace to the Middle East, speakers at Duke argued Monday. But recognizing the humanity of both peoples is essential.
