The Mobile Multimedia Mac Cluster, or M3C, is a collaboration between the Franklin Center, Information Science + Information Studies (ISIS), the Film/Video/Digital Program, Department of Music, Department of Art & Art History, and the Center for Documentary Studies, with initial financial support made possible by grants from Duke University's Center for Instructional Technology and Apple Computer, Inc.

The M3C provides humanities faculty and graduate students a mobile high-performance multimedia computing cluster for use in the classroom. As such, Duke students are afforded the opportunity to learn state of the art multimedia authoring and information design.
