Meeting Space Reservations
Please note: Room reservation requests will only be accepted for events sponsored or co-sponsored by Franklin Center consortium members.
The Franklin Center hosts over 150 public and private events each semester. Priority is given to events hosted and/or sponsored by Center consortium members. Other events will be considered if their intellectual content and/or purpose advances the Center's intellectual and outreach agenda.
Application for meeting space reservations must be requested through https://25live.collegenet.com/duke/#home_my25live[0].
Requests are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and are reviewed by the Center's Director of Operations. For events requiring Franklin Center audiovisual resources, please submit your request 10 business days prior to the event. Requests for Franklin Center classroom spaces (rooms 230, 028, and 016) are accepted no earlier than 30 days before the start of the semester during which the event will be held. Requests for other Franklin Center spaces are accepted up to one year in advance of the event.
If you need to modify or cancel a confirmed room reservation, please email with the details.
